What we do
We manufacture foam and fibre components for hundreds of applications. Everything from car sponges to 200kg pipeline "pigs" to foam crumb pillows.
Upholstery
Our "bread and butter". Over the past 50 years we have produced millions of foam and fibre upholstery kits and cushions for some of the largest furniture, caravan and mobile home manufacturers in the UK.
Bedding and Medical
If you need mattress components, either assembled or separate, we can produce large or small batches at short notice.
Throughout the pandemic, we produced a large number of medical grade products for use in ICUs across the country.
Automotive
Car seats can be complex products, we have a wealth of experience in this sector.
Packaging
Whether you need "eggboxed", CNC profiled or pressed packaging inserts, our assemblers can build a wide range of complex, multi-layered packaging solutions to suit all your requirements.
Industrial
We have produced foam products for insulation, pipe cleaning, padding to provide comfort for production line operatives and keg drop mats to protect our beloved beer!
Sports and Soft Play
It is surprising the amount of foam and fibre products used in this sector and interest grows every year. We produce components for gym mats, foam pits, rugby pads, pool buoys, kids soft play to name but a few.
